7.2 Returning Products
- Unopened food items (pancake mixes, coffee, syrup, maple syrup) can be returned within 14 days.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Opened food products cannot be returned.
7.3 Refunds
Refunds processed within 14 days after inspection.
Refunds issued to original payment method.
We do not refund:
- Delivery charges (unless product faulty/incorrect)
- Items opened or not in resalable condition
7.4 Faulty or Damaged Items
Notify us within 48 hours with photos.
8. Product Information & Allergens
We provide accurate information but you must read labels. We are not liable for allergic reactions if you fail to check ingredients.
